New Here?

In and Out church is an English ministry that is part of Poolhyanggi Church (phgch.org) located in Ilsan, Korea. Our belief is rooted in the teachings of Jesus Christ, motivating us not to remain stagnant but to actively go out and spread the Gospel to the ends of the earth. We understand that to effectively fulfill this mission, we must first gather together to equip ourselves with God's Word and fill our hearts with His love and grace. This preparation empowers us to venture into the world and invite others to experience Christ. Hence, we embrace the name "In and Out."


As Christians, we are called to share this transformative message globally, both through our words and our actions. This gospel, founded on the Scriptures and inspired by God's character, emphasizes that Jesus first saves us, and then sends us as ambassadors of His grace to a world in need of redemption.

Hey there, I'm Amos Shin the lead pastor at In and Out Church. Here, we're all about celebrating diversity and extending a warm welcome to everyone—whether you're a neighbor or a newcomer. At the heart of our mission is the incredible love of Christ, which transforms lives and brings us together as one family.


In and Out Church isn't just a place to attend on Sundays; it's a community that actively cares for our local neighborhood and reaches out globally. We're passionate about sharing the hope and healing found in the gospel across every aspect of life.

In and Out Church envisions itself as a sanctuary for strangers and foreigners alike. We are a vibrant community that warmly welcomes and cares for everyone, embracing them with the transformative love of Christ. Our mission is rooted in supporting and uplifting each individual, understanding that everyone—whether near or far—faces their own unique challenges.


We actively engage in reaching out to and serving strangers and foreigners, striving to create an inclusive and inviting atmosphere. As a community-focused church, we are committed to extending our support to both our local neighbors and the broader global community. Our ultimate goal is to witness the gospel's redeeming power positively impacting every aspect of our lives and those around us.

Core Values

Trusting in Jesus and his work makes us children of God. Once we belong to him, God begins the transformative journey of shaping us into the likeness of Christ—  a path known as discipleship that all believers undertake. As disciples, we partner with God in the ongoing restoration and renewal of the world. Guided by the Holy Spirit, we receive the collective strength needed to fulfill God's mission.


Upon Christ's return, those who have entrusted in him will inherit eternal life. The cross exemplifies God's love, and the resurrection validates his power to fulfill his promises.

We are committed to spreading God's kingdom both locally and globally through outreach and missions. God's love has changed our hearts, and we are eager to share this love with others.

We are devoted to one another as God's family. We support and love each other as brothers and sisters in Christ, even being willing to sacrifice for one another.

We give generously of our time, money, and resources. We believe that giving is more blessed than receiving. We encourage everyone to discover their God-given gifts, develop them, and use them fully to serve God and others, finding true fulfillment in serving with eternal significance.

We believe God is active in our daily lives, and that living as a Christian involves a supernatural journey guided and empowered by the Holy Spirit. We embrace and seek all the gifts of the Holy Spirit.
